Jengu is built with VA billing codes, the VA rating schedule (VASRD), and common appeal procedures in mind. It is an informational tool, not a VA-accredited claims agent or attorney.
Can Jengu file a claim or appeal on my behalf?
No. Jengu helps you organize information, draft documents, and understand your situation. You file and submit on your own terms. Nothing is sent without your review and approval.
What if I also have non-VA medical bills?
Jengu handles both. Use bill analysis for any medical bill and the VA claims tracker for VA-specific claims. Both work from the same account.
