We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; process your uploaded documents through our AI analysis pipeline; send you service-related notifications; and respond to your support requests.
3. HIPAA Compliance
Jengu Health is committed to complying with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We treat all uploaded medical documents as Protected Health Information (PHI) and apply the required safeguards: encryption at rest (AES-256), encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), access controls, and audit logging. 4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or health documents to third parties. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, AI model APIs) under strict data processing agreements that prohibit them from using your data for any other purpose.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Uploaded documents and analysis results are retained until you delete them or close your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@jengu.health.
6. Cookies & Analytics
We use minimal cookies necessary to keep you logged in and to understand basic usage patterns. We do not use advertising trackers or share browsing data with ad networks.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You may also request a portable export of your data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@jengu.health.
8. Children
Jengu Health is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
