Jengu Health provides AI-powered analysis tools for medical bills and VA disability claims. Our service generates informational reports and draft documents to assist you in understanding and challenging healthcare billing. Jengu Health is an informational tool - it does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice, and does not constitute a legal representation relationship.

3. Not Legal or Medical Advice

The analysis, reports, and generated letters provided by Jengu Health are for informational and drafting assistance purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, medical advice, or professional advocacy representation. Always consult a licensed attorney, VA-accredited claims agent, or qualified healthcare professional for advice specific to your situation.

4. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Veterans, active military, and first responders are granted free access based on the honor system.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Jengu Health for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or fraudulent claims, to attempt to circumvent security measures, to reverse-engineer or scrape our services, or to upload content that infringes on third-party rights.

6. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of all documents you upload. By uploading content, you grant Jengu Health a limited license to process and analyze your documents for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your health data for training AI models without explicit consent.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated analysis may contain errors. Jengu Health is not liable for decisions you make based on our reports.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jengu Health's total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or via the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
