Our mission
Too many people pay bills they do not owe, miss appeal windows they never knew existed, and give up on VA claims because the process feels impossible. Jengu uses AI to surface billing errors, map savings paths, draft dispute letters, and keep your deadlines visible, so you can focus on your health instead of administrative combat.
We are building the advocacy layer patients should have had years ago: fast, organized, and respectful of how stressful these moments really are.
Why we started
Jengu began with a simple observation: a single hospital bill can hide duplicate charges, wrong codes, and insurance errors that add hundreds or thousands of dollars. Most patients never catch them because the system is designed to be opaque.
Veterans face a parallel problem. Disability ratings, nexus letters, and appeal ladders are dense even for experienced advocates. We built Jengu to bring the same rigor to both worlds: medical bills and VA claims, one organized case at a time.
